At SportsFrolic, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you experience any issues with your purchase, simply reach out within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work to make it right.

Should you encounter quality-related issues, please provide clear photos of the item on a flat, well-lit surface. This will help us address your concerns swiftly and efficiently.

Return and Refund Conditions

We offer replacements or refunds for products with substantial issues, including items that are damaged, defective, or do not match their descriptions upon arrival.

Return Timeframe

To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Our customer support team will guide you through the process.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Once your return is completed, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Once processed, orders cannot be canceled.
  • After delivery, you have a 30-day window to request a return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Goods

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please notify us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Free Returns: For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, return shipping is on us.
  • Other Cases: For returns due to size issues or changes of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Returning Goods Policy

Returns for reasons such as size issues, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse are generally not accepted. However, in special cases, we may accept returns subject to a 20% restocking fee, with the buyer covering return shipping.

Note: Custom-printed items, including those with personalized names or details, are not eligible for return or exchange. Please verify size and customization details before purchasing.

Products Returned After the Cancellation Period

Return requests made after 30 days from the delivery date are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Exchanges

For size or color exchanges, a 20% restocking fee applies, and the buyer must cover the return shipping cost.

Return Address

Lost or Delayed Orders

In rare cases of delayed or lost shipments, we can only offer compensation if Express Shipping was used. For lost packages, refunds will be issued after the courier completes the claim process.
